Ten areas in Luzon were placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 as Tropical Storm Crising intensified slightly, moving west-northwestward toward mainland Cagayan-Babuyan Islands, the weather bureau said.

In its 11 a.m. bulletin on Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported that the center of Crising was last spotted about 195 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

Remulla: Basketball jersey found in Taal ‘looks familiar’ to a witness
